We need serious leadership to solve the challenges facing our communities, from transportation to public safety, and everything in between.

That’s why I’m running for House of Delegates District 23.

Meet James Tully

James Tully is a U.S. Marine Corps Gulf War Veteran and retired Fairfax Deputy Lieutenant Sheriff. He currently serves as the Deputy Superintendent of the Rappahannock Regional Jail. James and his wife Stacey, a veteran of the U.S. Navy, are proud parents of three North Stafford graduates. Today, James is again answering the call to serve by running to be your voice as the District 23 Delegate to the Virginia General Assembly.

The Right Priorities

James is running to tackle Prince William and Stafford’s traffic congestion; ensure that every student has access to high quality internet access, a quality education and safe schools; support law enforcement and community-police relationships; and provide support for our veterans, including tax relief, healthcare, and job opportunities.
